Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 3 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? We’re happy to help!

  • Items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability.
  • If your preferred item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer support at info@ottobre-kwt.com or through WhatsApp (+96590062271) with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  • We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Once we receive your item, please allow 3 business days for processing.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • In the case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover all return shipping charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your account after processing.
